I have used Buckeye Restoration Services on two separate occasions. They truly helped me navigate life after a flooding/water issue in my home. They were quick to respond, professional, kind and understanding of a family with children. After guiding us through insurance, water clean up, restoration and construction, I was so impressed that I used them to install a new floor that is absolutely gorgeous. They don’t cut corners and are on top of every job. I would recommend their service one thousand times over.

BRS came as a recommendation after we had a leak in our roof. Following the water mitigation, Buckeye members came out and did a phenomenal job on finishing the areas that were damaged. They were timely, very responsive, and did everything beyond our expectations. Their craftsmanship is awesome and their customer service is even better. Not only would I recommend this company, I won’t use any other company moving forward!!!

Our roof was severely damaged in a windstorm.  Chris at Buckeye and his staff worked directly with my insurance company, and made the re-roof a completely stress free affair.  Would highly recommend. 

We hired BRS to do our basement after a horrible ordeal involving the sewer line having 3 breaks in the pipes.  Our whole entire finished basement needed ripped out and replaced.  They did better than amazing at the task.  I even got a few lil extra tidbits they were more than happy to assist me with.  We got to pick all the materials and details and assist in different designs.  I would recommend this company to everyone.  I had zero issues they couldn’t handle.  Chris Olson is a very nice man who listened to all my wants and needs and made them happen.  Thanks to you and your whole team.  

We had a horrific plumbing leak that left us in dire need of repairs.  Our entire basement needed new walls and carpet.  Bathroom and kitchen were also effected.  These guys were on time and NEVER STOPPED working.  They are fast, efficient and deliver QUALITY work.  They’re also very personable.  They’re aware they are strangers in your home nd are respectful to home owners, kids and pets.  Easy to talk to, patient with stressed homeowners.  What we went through was difficult, but made VERY EASY to deal with having the right company do repairs and restorations.

From the beginning to end they were in constant communication keeping me informed of all my options and progress. They even helped me deal with a difficult insurance claims agent to ensure that I received everything that I was entitled too! Everyone on their crew was kind and professional. Being a Disabled Veteran, I was overwhelmed with the amount of respect and admiration I received from everyone at Buckeye Restoration Services. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all repairs and projects. I promise you will be 110% satisfied with their service!!!

We contracted with Buckeye Restoration to redo our master shower which had previously been done terribly by another contractor. Doug oversaw the operation from start to finish and couldn’t have been easier to work with or more professional. He coordinated each phase with different subs (demo, plumbing, tiling, and finish) each of whom was excellent at their job. Due to the poor job done previously, there were several bumps along the way. Doug kept us informed at every step. I would highly recommend Buckeye Restoration to any potential customer who wants a quality job done at a fair price.

Had a broken pipe and flooding on Christmas. They came that night and set up dehumidifiers and fans to get the drying process started. Their immediate response helped to minimize my damage.

I had a door that I purchased from Home Depot that did not fit or function for almost 3 years. Buckeye Restoration came out assessed the situation, remeasured the door and placed the order for manufacturing. The door arrived as ordered to size but they did not attach the transom to the door as pervious doors had arrived. Buckeye Restoration had no problem with this obstacle. They assemble the two pieces of the door, installed it, fixed various other problems with the doorway and matched the color of the caulking to my brick and hid the nails used on the door by covering them with a matching color wax of the door. They arrived when they said they would, finished the job in the time they promised and I have a safe and beautiful entrance to my home now! I was not a wear that they did this type of work, their reputation to me has always been fixing things up after a fire or water damage. I will have them quote all my home repairs from this day forward. Replacement windows is next.

Our insurance recommended Buckeye Restoration Services after recent storm damage to our front porch. Buckeye Restoration Services contacted us within an hour of our insurance company reaching out to them and were onsite several hours later. They immediately assessed the situation and secured the porch from any further damage. Within a week or so the front porch was repaired and looked better than it did BEFORE the storm. They even repaired the back porch that had also sustained storm related damage. Staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Doug was very responsive during the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and always promptly responded to calls. All of the employees were who performed the work were quick and professional. The work that was done was high quality. I will certainly use Buckeye Restoration for future projects and highly recommended this company.

Hello to those looking for reviews. We just had Buckeye Restoration Services take down a second floor deck that was sliding off the roof and replace it from the joists on up. They were excellent to work with, Jason, business end, Ron & Nik the product end results… Ron was absolutely AMAZING on what he did to make that deck look beautiful and safe and that would last a long time for us. We are EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Buckeye Restoration Services on this job and if you are looking for a company to do an indoor or out door job, BUCKEYE RESTORATION SERVICES is the Company, they are A STELLAR COMPANY!!!!
